I like simple but stylish uniforms, like the one in Shiki with a green-checkered tie and skirt.
On the other hand, I also love cute, fluffy and creative uniforms! Like you can find them in Tantei Opera Milky Holmes or Pita Ten (but I still prefer the manga of that one …).
